Step 1: When you start a slide show in PowerPoint, sofTV.ShowAndTell pops up and asks if you want to record this slide show. Just click Yes!
Step 2: Now, give your slide show normally! Everything you say is captured, along with the timing of your slide changes and builds. Go forward and backward through your slides, sofTV.ShowAndTell remembers it all! Pause your presentation at any time – and don’t worry if you flub up a slide – you can edit the audio later to fix it – or just re-record the slide!
Step 3: When you finish your presentation, sofTV.ShowAndTell pops up again!
Just click on “Upload Presentation” and your presentation is online! Or, wait and upload at your leisure. Your presentation is saved on your computer, ready at any time.
