sofTV.ShowAndTell V3.1 features:
- Runs within PowerPoint. No need to learn a new application
- Very simple to use - just do a normal slideshow presentation in PowerPoint, and sofTV.ShowAndTell will record it
- Enter settings like: Presenter name, Presenter email, and a photo of the presenter or a logo

It’s easy to deploy sofTV.ShowAndTell. Just install and set some options – then click one checkbox, and the administrator options are hidden from the user!
Administrators can configure everything – from how presentations are created, where they’re stored, to where they’re uploaded. You can set up any directory structure you need – make it simple, or as complex as needed. Even select which features are available to users – turn items on and off in the user interface!
It easily ties into backend systems – sofTV.ShowAndTell can upload to a staging area, then notify backend systems that a new presentation is available.
Use the upload to archive server option to maintain an archive of every presentation created. The archive serves as a valuable backup if a presenter’s laptop is lost or stolen.
